Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Riordan College to Career Program. Please fill out the following application to the best of your ability. At the end of the application, you will have the opportunity to review your information before submission and/or save your information as you go.

Please keep in mind the Riordan College to Career Program is a year-long commitment (June 2024-May 2025) that consists of a 1-week session during the Summer of 2024, as well as monthly communication with Riordan staff.

Below are the tentative dates for the summer session of the 2024 College to Career Program:

June 24, 2023 - June 28, 2024

Each session will begin tentatively at 8:00AM PST and end at 4:15PM PST. If you foresee an issue with attendance, please take this into consideration before moving forward with your application as absences are not allowed. Your online application is not considered complete until you have finished all sections and attached required documentation.

College to Career will be IN-PERSON for the 2024 Summer Program Session

Personal Statement

All applicants are required to complete two Personal Statements. These statements provide you with the opportunity to describe how The Riordan College to Career Program can support you in pursuing your long term career and/or academic goals, all while providing some background information about yourself. Topics of discussion may include leadership potential, integrity and accountability, academic background, management experience, diversity aspects, problem-solving skills, motivation and the ability to relate well with others. (please write a response 250-500 words)

The College to Career Program seeks applicants with a range of academic interests, personal perspectives, and life experiences. Describe your personal background, the qualities and accomplishments you would bring to the College to Career Program. (250 - 500 words)

A mentorship transforms you through guidance and support. Delve into the impact of a mentor who shaped your journey and influenced your choice to pursue college. (Note: Mentorship does not need to be "official." A mentor can be someone who has helped you grow, become better, offered academic advice)
